How do WeChat and WhatsApp alerts work?

WeChat alerts use a WeCom bot, and the owner can receive them in personal WeChat. WhatsApp uses the official WhatsApp Business API. Your company needs the matching account, and we help set it up.

Do we need a new mailbox or website?

Usually not. We connect to your company mailbox and website form. Product pages can be published to your current site or exported for you to import.

What if the AI sends a wrong reply?

The automatic first reply only acknowledges and asks questions. It never states prices, lead times or promises. Everything else goes to a salesperson first, and every email and decision is logged.

Will batch emails land in spam?

We send from your own domain with sender authentication, keep batches small and include an unsubscribe option. The list only contains people who actually exchanged details with you at the show.
