AI-driven business automation
Make work flow.
Move business
forward.
We connect your tools, automate the busywork, and build AI workflows that give your team room to do more.
Built around your business. Kept under your control.
Re-enter. Reconcile. Follow up.
How much of your day?
Sales staff search product files, finance staff copy invoice details, and order coordinators chase updates. We start with this recurring work and design steps your team can check.
Source material, processing, results, then human review.
AI diagnosis
Three minutes to see which work to automate first.
Describe one task your team repeats every day. The AI advisor asks follow-up questions, maps the input, processing, output and human review, and produces a diagnosis report you can bring to a consultation.
Connect daily work across departments.
Sales, support, finance, supply chain, documents and custom AI workflows. Begin with one repeatable task or plan a broader rollout in stages.

- Time
Handling, waiting and rework
Time inquiry preparation, invoice checks or order reporting, including human review and corrections.
- Completeness
Fields, sources and handoffs
Check required model, quantity and reference fields. Verify that missing, duplicate and conflicting values are flagged.
- Exceptions
Ownership through resolution
Check who receives a discrepancy, what stays unresolved and whether recovery creates duplicate tasks.
Email, spreadsheets
and business systems, connected.
Match a model in an email, an order number on a document and a milestone in a spreadsheet. Check sources and access first, then agree which records to read and which updates need review.

Before we get started.
Can you handle a single workflow or a broader company plan?
We can map handoffs across sales, support, finance and operations, then implement a wider plan in stages. A single-workflow pilot helps validate data, access and acceptance criteria; it is an entry point, not the limit of the service.
Can we keep our email, Excel files or ERP?
We first check available exports, approved interfaces and who can authorize access. An order sheet may supply status records, for example, but reading, writing and update frequency need to be confirmed for your setup.
What if product information is missing or spreadsheets disagree?
Missing specifications, prices, stock and lead times remain unresolved. Conflicts go to a named reviewer. We use sanitized samples to agree which source is authoritative and who maintains it; AI must not invent business facts.
How do we decide whether the workflow is useful?
Agree on normal, incomplete, duplicate and exception cases. Check output fields, source references, handling time and rework. Approval of quotes, payments and external replies belongs in acceptance testing too.
How are scope, price and timing determined?
After reviewing your process, systems, sample quality and maintenance needs, we propose scope and pricing for review. Connections, deliverables, acceptance and exclusions should be written down. This website promises no standard price or delivery period.
Who operates and maintains it after launch?
Before deployment, agree on an operator, an exception owner and maintenance scope. Handover includes operating and recovery guidance. Support for changed document formats, business rules or interfaces follows the agreed arrangement.
