From source material
to a reviewable result.

See how email, order sheets and product files move through connections, field checks, AI interpretation and human review, and how data access, permissions and approvals are bounded. Access and compatibility are confirmed for your systems.

Keep the source for each field. Flag missing information.

Human review
Connect sources
Check the interfaces and export options available for email, spreadsheets and business systems. Read the required fields and retain references to original records.
Coordinate steps
Link extraction, checking and assignment by order or task reference. Record duplicates, timeouts and connection failures, then stop or retry under agreed rules.
Interpret content
Rules check models, quantities and required fields. AI can help interpret email and document wording; its output still needs source support and validation.
Review results
Give the owner the original text, extracted fields, discrepancies and proposed action. Quotes, lead times, payments and external messages follow the agreed approval rights.

Workflow illustration · Fictional data. Connections, processing rules and permissions are confirmed per project.

  1. 1

    Receive

Accept an approved email, product file or order update. Keep the message reference, file version or order identifier.

  2. 2

    Extract & check

Organize fields such as model, quantity and status. Rules check completeness; AI assists with wording. Keep gaps and conflicts visible.

  3. 3

    Review & confirm

Give the owner source material, open questions and the proposed action. Quotes, lead times and sending require the corresponding authority.

  4. 4

    Output & record

Produce approved records, drafts or tasks and record the outcome. Put failures in an exception list for a named person to handle.

Choose the right level of automation.

Rules

Look up a known model, match reference numbers, and check required fields and duplicates. Follow explicit conditions; send failed matches to review.

AI-assisted workflows

Extract requirements from varied inquiry wording or summarize long exchanges and product descriptions. Attach sources, then check fields and gaps.

Bounded agents

Consider AI-directed steps when a task needs to query several approved sources according to context. Limit tools, calls and cost, with review and stopping conditions.

This website, today.

The inquiry form sends your name, email address and message directly to FormSubmit, which forwards the inquiry to our Gmail mailbox. FormSubmit handles spam checks on its own page. We do not store inquiries in a website database. The site uses HTTPS and browser security headers; this is not a security certification.

For your project.

List the customer messages, product files, order fields and operating records the workflow needs. Then agree on processors, hosting region, retention and access. Assign owners for external quotes, record changes and exceptions; controls depend on the project scope and verification.

Report a concern.

Please email us with a description of the issue. Do not include passwords, tokens, or personal customer data.

Define the fields before the connection.

An order report may need an order number, milestone, update time and owner. Identify which table or system supplies those fields before evaluating an interface, export or approved import.

  • Read only the customer, product or order fields the task needs.
  • Keep credentials in an approved server environment under the access owner’s control.
  • Before writing, agree on target fields, approval and recovery.

Duplicates and interrupted connections are part of the design.

Receiving an order update twice should not create two identical tasks. After an interrupted operation, an unknown outcome must be checked before repeating it. State records show what has already happened.

  • Identify duplicates by business reference and limit timeouts and retries.
  • List missing fields, conflicting status and failed connections as visible exceptions.
  • Check completed steps before recovery to avoid repeated sends or updates.

Use rules to check fields and AI to interpret content.

Rules can check whether a model exists, a quantity is present or an invoice is duplicated. AI can help organize varied email wording, product descriptions and long exchanges, followed by source checks.

  • Keep unconfirmed prices, stock and lead times unresolved.
  • Evaluate complete outputs on normal and exception examples held out of development.
  • Compare correction effort, elapsed time and usage cost before adding more AI.

List the data and actions before agreeing on controls.

Customer email may contain contact details, product sheets may include internal prices, and order records may span multiple customers. Define what enters the workflow, who can see it, which services process it and how it is retained.

  • List required fields and approved processors; minimize unrelated material.
  • Limit read and write access by role and assign credential and revocation ownership.
  • Put appropriate human approval before quotes, payments and external messages.
  • Agree on exception records, retention, deletion and incident responsibilities.

A safe way to report a problem.

Send a concise description and the affected public URL. Avoid including credentials, personal records or active exploit payloads in the first email.

  • Describe what you expected and what happened.
  • Use a redacted screenshot if it helps.
  • Do not access other people’s information to demonstrate a problem.
